After Burner is a classic arcade hit with widespread recognition in the US. But I didn't even know there was a sequel, let alone two sequels! I think this one might be something of a graphical improvement, but from what little I played, it seemed like there was less variety and they focused on keeping a cleaner display vs. the original. It still had the fun, but maybe not quite as much?
