Konami's Uranai (fortun-telling) Sensation is more a diversion than a game, but this particular one is really nicely done. It features the penguin from Antarctic Adventure doing a variety of activities related to Japanese fortune-telling. This kind of software has a long-standing history on Japanese 8-bit computers, but this is a bit more standout because it's made by Konami and stuffed with well animated cutscenes. It's cute, if nothing else.
