I paid quite a premium for The Aquarius for the PC-8001mkII. It was calling a lot of attention to itself because the tape was marked as a "sample", and the cover insert was all black and white, making it seem like perhaps it was an unreleased product. I did a quick search through Google for it and indeed, I could not find any information for the game or its manufacturer. So I bought it, recorded it, scanned the manual and cover for preservation's sake. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Months later, I eventually ran across some information about the game. Yeah, surely, it's rare, but not unreleased. I sold it for a fraction of what I paid for it, but sometimes that's how the cookie crumbles. This is sort of a Daisenryaku/Strategic Confrontation type tactical battle game for the PC-8001mkII. It's not my style, but it's sort of easy to get into and understand the swing of things. It looks on the nice side for a PC-8001mkII game, graphically speaking. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
