Mystery Mountain is an authentic mountain climbing simulator, where you climb up the mountain without any gear and just do your best to avoid the falling fruit. I don't know; I've never climbed a mountain before. You're not free to just climb straight up, though; you have to wait until a ladder appears, and climb up it before it disappears. And before long, magma starts following you up the mountain, so that adds to the pressure not to miss the ladder opportunities.

There's something really appealing about the graphics in this game for me. And the difficulty is calibrated to about my level of enjoyment, progress can be made in early mountains without pulling my hair out. Interestingly, when you climb the mountain, the level display doesn't increment, so I am not sure if multiple mountains constitute one level or if it's a bug.
