This is the second Marty article in this blog. I already blogged at greater length in the other article, but this is the Marty I prefer. The color is that of the earlier dark gray FM Towns systems. And the lighter gray one has a more modern design sense to it, and also the origin of the more modern style controller.

All that considered, I always thought that the light gray one was the newer one, but actually this one is the FM Towns Marty model 2, newer by one year. Surprise! Apparently, there is no difference whatsoever between the two. But this is quite a beauty!
